Was there supposed to be any instructions that ship with this combo? I wired everything up and it will not work? There is actually a "beeping" sound coming from the motor? And yes I am new to the hobby. I ordered this combo the 7 ch HK radio 1300 mah battery etc. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Shouldn't I get some sort of indication that it's "alive"? I mean when I plug it in it just sits there, no beeps or anything.

Im building a pusher parkjet that will be about 450g with body/electronics, will this package be a good fit or will I need a higher kv motor? Also I need a prop no larger than 6inch, would that change anything?

Also you may have to consider the 'C' rating of the batteries you use. As motor is quite a 'hot' wind it will demand more current, ESC will attempt to supply but battery cannot meet demand and you get on again, off again, on again etc. Had this problem with a hot brushed cobalt motor and only a 10C battery...they did not like each other. Hope this helps

What size/type of nuts? Mine didn't come with any (nor did the spare shafts). How can I use this neat little motor if I can't attach a prop?

anybody tried it these motors with 4cells li-po?of course with a different esc.....i think bigger voltage-less amperes..so???

It is a 1600KV motor, and the bearings are not that tough (it is not easy to totally balance the 3mm threaded shaft) so I would think 4S is a bit to much. In any case you have to limit propsize to less than 6" I guess.

is there anybody having problem during the flight? My combo stops after 3 minutes throttle and then it stars again. I dont think because of low voltage cut off ,I use 2200 mah 20C lipo.I think it occurs due to being so hot during the fligth. Any comments?

the motor was running fine at home - i took out the plane with this motor to the field, it starts and then stops....no interference, used the batt on another plane - full juice,,,,,thoughts?

i had the same problem wiht a differnt motor, check the wires to see if they are broke.
used a multi meter, set to measure Ohms. one lead (+ or -) goes to a wire, then the other(- or +) checks the other two wires, if the resistance jumps to unlimited then that wire is broken.
