hey everyone. im kind of new to the tx rx world. i orderd the Turnigy 9X 9Ch Transmitter .. im waiting for it to arrive,, will this reciver work with the Turnigy 9X 9Ch Transmitter ?? do i need to buy a module ? and which rx should i get (35mhz - 36mhz or 40 ) ? thanks
and how do you bind it to the tx ?
   Cessna182 (100%)
I don't know if it works with your transmitter, but I know how to bind the receiver with the Transmitter. 1: You power on the transmitter (with extended antenna) 2: Press the button on the receiver for 2 seconds... 3: DONE! The receiver receives signals from the strongest transmitter in the area (which is yours, hopefully.) If you have a crystal to your transmitter already, buy a receiver within the same band (I had a 35Mhz transmitter, so I bought a 35Mhz receiver)

Does this RX work with Power HD digital servos?

Some body know if it works with HITEC ECLIPSE 7.

Thanks
   Kucera (60%)
Ano , funguje na Eclipse 7.
   David Zelenka (24%)
Kucera has written "Yes, it works."
   Jens (84%)
yes, as long as your Hitec Eclipse is 35 Mhz, it will work.
   Vova.St. (42%)
If is your HITEC ECLIPSE 7 in zone 35MHz, so yes.

I have 3 such receivers, one does have selectivity issues. I am on Ch74 (35.140), and I get consistently glitched when somebody is on 75 (10KHz higher). Happens with multiple TX's - suspect ***r IF filtering in RX. Other RX's seem less affected. Did not expect this with a dual conversion.
My TX is checked & OK incidentally.

I cannot get this RP6D1 to bind to my Flash 5 Hitec TX, will bind to my Laser 4 Hitec TX,I have a RP4S1 that binds OK to the Flash 5. Have used XTal from Laser TX.No difference. can anyone one help with this problem Geoff W.
   Pierre (84%)
I have exactly the same problem with my Hitec Flash 5. Also binds to Airtech, Walkera radios, but not to Flsah 5.

Hi guys,
can I find the owner manual or something like that from this receiver in the www? I ask, because I can't find the Company Corona. Always only a beer-company :-) But - the beer looks also good *-)

Here it is *-)
If you don't get something right with it, ask me xD

My antenna was cut off in atleast two places in my last crash. NOw I need to order a new antenna and solder on. But I dont know how long it should be? Anyone know the exact length?
   rene (56%)
Any convenient wire will do. No need to order it.
But the length is critical. As soon as I will get this RX out of any of my planes - I will measure its length..
You don't have the cut-off part to reconstruct the length?
   Vova.St. (42%)
Longitude antennae is approximately 100,8cm.

Will this receiver work with a JR radio and Jr servo leads?
   Felar Furlong (88%)
for sure
   nevpol (48%)
Many thanks Felar.
I am using a Spektrum normally but also have this old JR, one of the first computer radios which I bought in the UK. Still works perfectly even though it is 17 years old. Hard to find the pcm receivers for it (or should I say not worth finding). Corona synth on 35 MHz seems a good and cheap solution. Guess it would have to be running on PPM though. Reason I asked the question is that picture looks like I may have difficulty in attaching JR servos to it. Ciao
   Barracudaafly (20%)
I'm using a JR radio and also JR servos. No problems at all.

Also works on a Art-Tech radio at 35.120 MHz. Still trying to figure out why it is not working on my Hitech Radio? It is PPM.
   Mustang Sally (96%)
you will need dual conversion tx crystal.
   Pierre (84%)
The Hitec radio does have a dual conversion Tx crystal. The Hitec receivers I have is dual conversion and they work. The colour of the antenna is orange, not white as shown on the picture. Maybe Hobbycity sent me the wrong (single conversion) receiver allthough it says dual conversion on the packaging??
   Vova.St. (42%)
I use these receivers with Hitec Optic 6 without any difficulty.

This receiver does not work with my Hitec Flash5, at 35.020MHz, but does work with a Walkera radio at 35.120MHz. Is there any reason for this?

I am just about to take up flying RC planes after a break of about 10 years. So I am not up to speed with what the single and dual conversions are. Will this thing work with my Futaba FC-18 V3 Plus (35 MHz, PPM)?
   Beaufighter (-25%)
Dual conversion is something that is done in the receiver, and has nothing to do with your transmitter. The dual conversion makes it a bit more resistant to glitch and a bit more accurate. The corona recievers are "universal", works with all standard PPM transmitters.
   javier (32%)
Are you sure that it works with HITEC ECLIPSE 7.

Thanks
   Vova.St. (42%)
On 35MHz PPM certainly.

crafter (54%)
Hi HC,

I understand from the picture and title that this is a Dual-Conversion 6ch Rx? If so will there be a 72MHz version as well?

I know there's a Single-Conversion 72 MHz model here already, but am interested in the Dual-conv. one as well. I'm sure there are many 72MHz users out there who would be interested too. Thanks.
Will there be
   Beaufighter (-25%)
There is a 72 dual, just click the "synthesized rx" and scroll through the recivers, you'll find it:)

andiaccu (55%)
It has the same wight, dimensions and Price like the RP8D1 ?????? is this correct ?
   BigPflitschi (46%)
No, it isn`t correct! Look at the corona homepage* there are the correct data details for that receiver. It`s smaller and lighter weight as the RP8D1!
Marco
   BigPflitschi (46%)
   andiaccu (55%)
Danke für die Info Marco
   helicopke (52%)
I checked on the Corona website and found following measurements :
Synthesized Receiver (Dual conversion)
Type RP6D1
Size 28.5X15X7.4
Weight 8.6g
Range >1.5km/4900ft
Selectivity 8 kHz at 65 dBdown
Number of Channel 1-6
Filtering DSP
Intermediate Frequency 10.7MHZ
IP3 +10dBm

Hope it is usefull to someone, keep flying !

MatygaD (43%)
Can this reciver work with 35B band (184 ch)?
   Beaufighter (-25%)
Yes, it works on B band, too.

helimaster (52%)
Can this Rx will work on Esky 6 CH Tx (35mz)
   Marek (58%)
I'd say yes. It works with Futaba and Esky is Futaba compatible and completely standard at that. I haven't tried, but I can see no reason for it not to work.

Malcolm (32%)
Will this RX opperate up in the 36Mhz Australian band (say 36.230)?
   Beaufighter (-25%)
This is a 35Mhz rx, will probably not work in 36MHz band.
   helicopke (52%)
Malcolm, there is a 6 channel Corona dual conversion for 36 MHZ available at HC as well, check out the RX list, happy flying ! =:-)
